Acceptance of a proposal constitutes acceptance of both the scope of work and these Terms.

4. Payments and Fees

All service fees must be paid as agreed upon in the signed proposal or agreement.
Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.
Zawia reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, with reasonable notice to clients with ongoing contracts.
All amounts are payable in AED unless otherwise specified.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing:

All materials created by Zawia, including but not limited to designs, graphics, logos, and content, remain the intellectual property of Zawia until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables may be transferred to the client, excluding any third-party licenses or proprietary tools used in development.
Clients may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide all necessary materials, information, and approvals in a timely manner
Ensure that submitted content does not infringe third-party rights or contain prohibited content
Collaborate actively to avoid delays in project completion

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We strive to provide high-quality services, but we do not guarantee that our website or services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.

All services and materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability
